Summary
This study looked at 156 men with mild to mild-moderate erectile dysfunction who had not responded well to previous pills. Half received three platelet-rich plasma injections into the penis over six weeks, while the other half also took a daily 5 mg tadalafil pill. The goal was to see if adding the pill led to greater improvement in erectile function scores and blood flow measures over six months.
