Summary
This study aims to discover what changes occur in the blood after a platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injection for knee osteoarthritis. Researchers will compare a PRP injection to a placebo (saltwater) injection in 60 participants, split into younger (18-45) and older (46-70) age groups. The main goal is to identify specific proteins that change after the injection to better understand how PRP might work.
