Summary

This study looks at whether proton beam radiation can safely treat germ cell tumors in the brain and spine while causing fewer side effects than standard photon radiation. About 45 participants aged 3 to 25 will receive proton therapy. The goal is to control the tumor and track both short- and long-term side effects.
