Summary
This study aims to find out if eating more protein helps people on dialysis stay healthier and avoid hospital visits. Researchers will follow 114 adults on long-term dialysis for two years, tracking their protein intake and health outcomes. The goal is to update outdated guidelines and determine if protein supplements improve survival, reduce infections, and maintain muscle strength.
