First seen Mar 26, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study looks at how tilting patients head-down and inflating the belly with gas during robotic prostate cancer surgery affects pressure inside the head. Doctors will use an ultrasound on the eye to measure nerve swelling, a sign of brain pressure. The goal is to understand these effects better to make surgery safer. About 50 adults having prostate removal will take part.
