Three-Pronged attack on spreading prostate cancer

NCT ID NCT07490210

Summary

This study is testing if a new, aggressive treatment plan can better control prostate cancer that has spread to a limited number of sites. It will compare a standard drug therapy to the same drugs plus surgery to remove the prostate and targeted radiation to the spread sites. The goal is to see if this combined approach can delay the cancer's progression longer than drugs alone.
