Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new drug (REGN5678) plus an existing immunotherapy (cemiplimab) in men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer that has worsened after at least two prior treatments. The goal is to find the best dose that balances safety and effectiveness. About 60 participants will be enrolled at one center.
