New trial aims to halt spread of aggressive prostate cancer

Summary
This study is for people with prostate cancer that has spread to nearby lymph nodes but not to distant organs. It compares two radiation strategies: one that boosts the prostate only, and one that boosts both the prostate and the affected lymph nodes. All participants also receive long-term hormone therapy. The goal is to see which approach better prevents the cancer from spreading further.
