Summary
This study is testing whether a combination of three drugs can effectively control metastatic prostate cancer while using a lower dose of chemotherapy. It will involve about 109 men whose cancer has spread beyond the prostate. The main goal is to see if this approach can reduce a key cancer marker in the blood and maintain effectiveness with potentially fewer side effects.
