Gene test plus MRI may spot lethal prostate cancer

Summary
This study is testing a new way to screen for prostate cancer that is more likely to be life-threatening. It combines a man's genetic risk score with a special MRI scan to find higher-grade cancers. About 1,500 men aged 40-69 with no prior prostate cancer will get a PSA test, an MRI, and genetic testing. The goal is to see if this approach can better identify dangerous cancers and help decide at what age MRI screening is most useful.
