New radiotherapy approach aims to reduce prostate cancer treatment side effects
NCT ID NCT07245745
Summary
This study compares two types of radiotherapy for prostate cancer to see which causes fewer side effects. Researchers want to know if a newer, adaptive method that adjusts daily causes less digestive and urinary discomfort than conventional treatment. Men with prostate cancer will report their symptoms through questionnaires and a smartphone app. The goal is to improve quality of life during and after treatment.
