Summary

This early-phase trial tests combining two types of radiation therapy for men with intermediate-risk prostate cancer. First, a small radioactive source is placed inside the prostate for 10-20 minutes (brachytherapy), followed by three weeks of highly focused external radiation (SBRT). The goal is to see if this shorter, more intense approach is safe and tolerable.
