Study tests which prostate cancer treatment preserves Men's quality of life

Summary
This study compares how two different treatments affect quality of life for men with favorable intermediate-risk prostate cancer. Researchers will follow 102 men who receive either complete prostate removal surgery or targeted ultrasound therapy that treats only the cancerous area. Participants will complete quality of life questionnaires over two years to see which treatment better preserves urinary and sexual function.
