Shocking muscles back to strength: new combo for prostate cancer patients

Summary

This study tests whether adding mild electrical stimulation to a standard exercise program can help men with prostate cancer maintain leg muscle strength while on long-term hormone therapy. About 48 participants will be randomly assigned to exercise alone or exercise plus electrical stimulation. The main goal is to compare leg strength after 6 months.
