New scan may spot hidden prostate cancer recurrence

Summary
This study is testing whether a special PET/CT scan using a radioactive tracer called 18F-DCFPyL can find prostate cancer that has come back after initial treatment. About 350 men whose cancer has returned will be scanned and followed for up to 5 years. The goal is to see how well the scan detects cancer over time and how it relates to PSA levels. This is an observational study, not a treatment trial.
