First seen Mar 03, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding abiraterone and prednisone to standard hormone therapy works better than hormone therapy alone for men whose prostate cancer has come back after surgery or radiation. About 310 participants will receive either hormone therapy alone or hormone therapy plus abiraterone and prednisone for a limited time. The goal is to see which approach keeps PSA levels low longer.
