Summary

This study is testing whether adding a new drug called inavolisib to an existing prostate cancer drug (enzalutamide) works better than current standard treatments. It is for men whose prostate cancer has spread and no longer responds to standard hormone-blocking therapy. The goal is to see if this combination can better control the cancer's growth and spread.
