New drug duo aims to outsmart resistant prostate cancer
NCT ID NCT04751929
Summary
This study is testing whether two drugs, abemaciclib and atezolizumab, can help control advanced prostate cancer that has spread and is no longer responding to standard hormone treatments. The trial will see if using the drugs alone or together is safe and can shrink tumors or stop them from growing. It is enrolling men whose cancer has progressed after other treatments and who are not candidates for certain chemotherapies.
