Summary
This study tested a new oral drug, BXCL701, given alongside the immunotherapy pembrolizumab in men with advanced prostate cancer that had stopped responding to standard treatments. The goal was to find a safe and effective dose and to see if the drug combination could help control the cancer. It involved 98 men with two different types of advanced prostate cancer.
