New 4-Drug cocktail aims to wipe out prostate cancer before surgery

Summary
This study tests whether adding two extra drugs to standard hormone therapy can more thoroughly clear high-risk prostate cancer before surgery. About 94 men will receive the combination, then have their prostate removed to check for remaining cancer cells. The goal is to see if this approach leads to a deeper response and better long-term outcomes.
