First seen Jan 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 19, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This early-phase study tests whether adding the blood-pressure drug propranolol to standard immunotherapy and chemotherapy can help shrink bladder cancer that has spread to lymph nodes. About 12 adults with this condition will receive the combination before surgery. The main goal is to check safety, but researchers will also look at how well the cancer responds.
