Summary
This study looked at whether a propolis (a bee product) gargle can help wounds heal after impacted wisdom tooth surgery. 52 patients used either propolis or chlorhexidine gargle after surgery. Researchers measured swelling, pain, and mouth opening on days 2 and 7. The goal was to see if propolis is a safe and effective alternative to standard care.
