This study compared two anesthesia drugs, propofol and sevoflurane, in 102 adults undergoing a lung biopsy called EBUS-TBNA. The goal was to see which drug keeps blood pressure and heart rate more stable and which one doctors prefer. The results may help improve patient safety and comfort during this procedure.
