Summary
This study is for adults with ARDS (a severe lung condition) who are on a breathing machine and need to lie on their stomach to help their lungs work better. Researchers will use a special 3D imaging technique called EIT to watch how air and blood flow change in different parts of the lungs during stomach-lying. The goal is to learn more about how this position helps, not to test a new treatment.
