Zapping every tumor: can targeted radiation buy more time for patients with few metastases?

Summary
This study tests whether giving high-precision radiation (SBRT) to all visible cancer spots can delay the disease from getting worse in people with 1 to 5 metastases from breast or lung cancer. About 145 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either standard care alone or standard care plus SBRT. The goal is to see if this approach extends the time before the cancer progresses.
