Summary
This study tested a 6-week school program called PROBTEC in 200 teens aged 14-15 who spent over 2 hours daily on screens. The program included health lessons, physical activities, and parent involvement. Results showed that teens in the program reduced unhealthy tech use and felt more confident about exercise, with benefits lasting up to 6 months.
