Probiotics before C-Section may speed up gut recovery

Summary
This study tests whether taking probiotics for a week before a planned C-section helps women pass gas and have their first bowel movement sooner after surgery. About 404 pregnant women will be randomly assigned to take either probiotics or a placebo. The goal is to see if probiotics can improve gut recovery and change the bacteria in the gut.
