NCT ID NCT07345455
First seen Jan 17, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study tests whether taking probiotics for about 100 days can improve sperm quality in men with unexplained infertility. Sixty men aged 20 to 45 with low sperm count, poor movement, or abnormal shape will be randomly assigned to receive either probiotics or a placebo. Researchers will measure changes in sperm concentration, motility, and DNA health at the start, middle, and end of the study to see if probiotics offer a simple way to boost fertility.
