Summary
This study tests whether a daily probiotic supplement containing B. longum can help adults who have infrequent bowel movements. Over 8 weeks, 80 participants will take either the supplement or a placebo and track their bowel habits. The goal is to see if the probiotic increases weekly bowel movements, improves stool consistency, and enhances quality of life.
