Summary
This study tests whether a probiotic called Lactiplantibacillus plantarum Dad-13 can improve the gut health and physical performance of 30 adolescent athletes living in a dormitory. Participants will take the probiotic and have their gut bacteria, inflammation markers, and VO2max (a measure of fitness) checked. The goal is to see if this supplement can help athletes perform better and have a healthier gut.
