Summary
This study tests whether applying a lotion containing live Lactobacillus reuteri bacteria to the scalp can safely improve hair growth in people with male or female pattern baldness. About 388 adults aged 18-60 will use either the probiotic lotion, a placebo, or standard minoxidil treatment for one year. The main goal is to see if hair density increases after 12 months.
