This study tests whether a daily probiotic drink can help improve memory and thinking in people aged 50-85 who feel their memory is slipping but do not have dementia. Forty participants will take the probiotic and complete computer and paper brain games to measure any changes. The goal is to see if this simple supplement can ease symptoms of age-related cognitive decline.
