Summary
This study tests whether a probiotic called BLa36 can improve bowel movements in adults with functional constipation. About 70 participants will take either the probiotic or a placebo daily for 4 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in stool consistency, gut symptoms, and overall well-being to see if BLa36 helps.
