New eye drop aims to calm inflammation after cataract surgery

Summary
This study tests a new eye drop called PRO-232 in 134 adults recovering from cataract surgery. The goal is to see if it reduces eye inflammation better than the usual combination of antibiotic and steroid drops. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either PRO-232 or the standard treatment, and their eye health will be monitored closely.
