New drug duo targets Hard-to-Treat cancers in early trial

Summary

This early-phase study tests the safety of combining two drugs, BMS-986504 and olaparib, in people with advanced solid tumors that have lost a gene called MTAP. The goal is to find safe doses and understand side effects. About 36 adults whose cancer has not responded to standard treatments will take part.
