First seen Apr 25, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This early-stage study tests a new drug called PRL3-zumab in 15 people with wet age-related macular degeneration (nAMD) who did not improve with standard treatments. The drug is given through a vein every two weeks for three doses, and patients are monitored for 24 weeks. The goal is to check safety and whether it can improve vision and reduce retinal swelling.
