NCT ID NCT07595796
First seen May 24, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026
Summary
This study tests a triple-combination inhaler (budesonide/glycopyrronium/formoterol) in 23 smokers aged 40-75 who have PRISm, a lung condition that often leads to COPD. Participants will use the inhaler for 12 weeks to see if it improves lung function and symptoms. The goal is to find an effective treatment for PRISm and possibly slow its progression to COPD.
