Summary
This study tests a triple-combination inhaler (budesonide/glycopyrronium/formoterol) in 23 smokers aged 40-75 who have PRISm, a lung condition that often leads to COPD. Participants will use the inhaler for 12 weeks to see if it improves lung function, symptoms, and quality of life. The goal is to find an effective treatment to slow or prevent progression to COPD.
