First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study looks at why women who get pregnant using donated eggs have a higher chance of developing pre-eclampsia, a serious pregnancy condition involving high blood pressure. Researchers will follow 462 women throughout their pregnancies, taking blood samples and monitoring blood pressure and ultrasounds. The goal is to find biological markers and better understand the causes, which could lead to improved care.
