Wart war: platelet gel vs vitamin d shots

Summary
This study compares two injection treatments for common warts: platelet-rich fibrin (a natural substance from your own blood) and vitamin D. About 70 adults with warts will receive one of these injections to see which works better and is safer. The goal is to shrink or clear the warts and check if they come back.
