First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study tested whether a treatment called IMM-101 could help prevent severe respiratory infections, including COVID-19, in cancer patients who are at higher risk. About 195 people with cancer who were receiving active treatment took part. Half received IMM-101 and the other half were simply observed. The goal was to see if IMM-101 could reduce serious infections that might delay cancer care or lead to hospitalization.
