Vitamin cocktail aims to stop preterm birth before it starts

Summary
This study tests whether a combination of magnesium, palmitoylethanolamide, hyaluronic acid, vitamin B6, and vitamin D can help prevent preterm birth in women at risk. About 150 pregnant women with a short cervix will take the supplement or a placebo. The goal is to see if this mix can reduce the number of babies born before 37 weeks.
