Vitamin cocktail may stop preterm births!

Summary
This study tests whether a combination of magnesium, palmitoylethanolamide, hyaluronic acid, vitamin B6, and vitamin D can help prevent preterm birth (delivery before 37 weeks). The trial will enroll 150 pregnant women at risk for early labor. Participants will receive either the supplement blend or a placebo to see if it reduces early deliveries.
