Summary
This study aims to find the smallest amount of IV fluid that can prevent low blood pressure during planned C-sections under spinal anesthesia. About 45 healthy pregnant women at full term will take part. Each will receive a specific fluid volume while getting a standard blood-pressure-supporting medicine, and the dose will be adjusted based on results. The goal is to keep mothers safe and improve newborn outcomes.
