New study aims to protect black Mothers' hearts after preeclampsia

Summary
This pilot study tests whether a guideline-based heart health program can prevent heart function decline in African American women after preeclampsia. Twenty women who had preeclampsia and high blood pressure will be followed for 3 months to see if the program improves heart strain and other markers compared to standard care.
