First seen Apr 09, 2026 · Last updated Jun 23, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study tests a program called HoorToren, which includes seven classroom lessons and four home assignments, to see if it can help children aged 10-11 use headphones more safely. Researchers will compare 600 kids who get the program with those who don't, using questionnaires and a phone app to measure listening habits. The goal is to prevent noise-induced hearing loss by encouraging safer behavior.
