Baby skin cream trial aims to stop allergies before they start

Summary
This study tests whether using special skin barrier creams and a steroid cream regularly (proactive care) in babies who already have eczema can prevent them from developing food allergies. It compares this approach to only treating eczema when it flares up (reactive care). The goal is to see if protecting and treating baby skin early can stop the 'allergic march' where eczema leads to other allergies.
