New IV combo aims to stop chemo sickness in kids

Summary
This study tests a new IV medicine called NEPA to prevent nausea and vomiting in children with cancer who are getting strong chemotherapy. The medicine combines two drugs that work together to block signals that cause sickness. The trial will compare NEPA to standard treatments and check how well it works and if it is safe for children of different ages.
