Can exercise and breathing stop 'chemo brain' before it starts?
NCT ID NCT04583124
Summary
This study tested whether a special program of exercise and breathing techniques could prevent nerve damage and thinking problems (often called 'chemo brain') in women with breast cancer. Researchers compared starting the program before cancer treatment versus during treatment. The goal was to see if this early approach could protect patients' quality of life and brain function.
