Summary
This study tests three approaches to prevent cavities in 180 children aged 6-7 in Karachi schools. One group uses fluoride toothpaste alone, another adds diet advice and stronger toothpaste, and the third also gets sealants on back teeth. The goal is to find the most effective and affordable way to reduce cavities in kids.
