Can community health workers help lower blood pressure better than remote monitoring alone?

NCT ID NCT06122246

First seen Mar 29, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study compares two approaches to help people manage high blood pressure: one uses remote monitoring by a medical team, and the other adds a community health worker for extra support. About 1,440 adults with elevated blood pressure will take part. The goal is to see which method works best for long-term blood pressure control.
